So, first official caroling yesterday! Haha, back to the Ritz, it's so fun.

Which reminds me, I've yet to post pictures taken during the Siglap concert on 21st November!

Anyway. After practice at Siglap, we had two hours to get down to the Ritz-Carlton, after which everyone started going crazy on the refreshments like hungry vultures. xD The finger sandwich thingys are sublime! Wee slices of ham and cheese and tomato, I think I'll try to make my own version of that in future.

Caroling itself was pretty fun. There were little kids prancing all over the place! And there was this one little girl who kept doing cute pirouettes. For some reason the Ritz acoustics were better yesterday than they were last year, but I'm not complaining :D

Ended caroling pretty early, about 6.30ish. Rhoda, Jiasheng, Junliang, Sherman, Pocks, and I went out for dinner after that, at the Marina foodcourt. Rhoda and I wanted to go shopping but she was tired. Darn, and we were going so high on makeup and brushes and colors of eyeshadows and eyelash curlers (which Rhoda claims she doesn't know how to use, but I think she's just scared that it'll pinch her eyelids and make it hurt).

So wound up that Steven joined us from across the CatHigh table and Pocks, Steve and I went out shopping xD Yay for Orchard Road and amusing quirky little shops! Steve went crazy (as expected) at the classical music section of HMV, when we got to the Heeren. I really hadn't been out properly shopping in a long while, until yesterday. I've got tonnes of stuff I still want to buy, though! CDs, clothes, shoes, more CDs, figure-skating-boots, shoes, books... Why can't I just strike the lotto or something, then I'd take everyone out on a major shopping spree :/

Only got one dark denim jacket from Baleno yesterday, as it turns out. It's pretty darn awesome though, it's got this schweet blazer-style front, and it's cinched at the waist. Plus, it was at 50% off!! Can't get any better than that. Unless it was 70%, of course, but then there wouldn't be any stock of that left. The design's awesome chic, even for Baleno. Thumbs-up to the brand for finally stocking something that isn't a plain crewcut tee ;D

Quote Shopaholic: "My heart never beats as fast it does when I see a 'reduced by 50%' sign." It's those times when you just want to live in this continuous fairytale and be a Disney Princess. Speaking of which, who wants to watch Confessions of a Shopaholic next year? :D

Now, the problem... How do I stop the denim dye from fading in the wash? D:

Oh shoot. I need to get myself a travel makeup brush set. :/ Mom's not too happy that I've been repeatedly borrowing her M.A.C. brushes, so I think I'mma need to get my own. I'd love The Body Shop, but their travel makeup kit is freaking $30. Awesome brushes but they're so expensive, I need to talk myself into buying them first. Oh the conflict of the moneysaver-Keit and the Iwanteverythingintheshop-Keit, why can't the two of you just merge together and leave me this headache?
