The tour guide guy even pointed out this building that the locals apparently call the Dalek Tower - I think I must've gone mad when he asked if anyone watched Doctor Who, lol. Ahh I love the Daleks, they're such adorable exterminating pepperpots.
Headed up to Manchester after Leeds - passed by Old Trafford along the way, and the Trafford Shopping Center ;D Ooh, football fans are gonna be so jealous. We didn't manage to see any stars though. Came across my first-ever HUGE M&S while in TSC; if I need a single reason to move to Britain permenantly, let it be M&S, lol.
Next day, we were at Chester Town, which was lovely. I love English architecture, really.

The strangest shops, too, like a whole Hat Company - I was so tempted to go into all that fancy dress. And lots of those red Telephone Boxes that I saw in the Parent Trap! If someone squared off the top of the Telephone Box, and painted it blue instead of red, it could turn into the TARDIS ;D

After that, we went up into WALES <33 Oh, how I love the Welsh country, it's such a beautiful, untouched, rural area, full of sheep and horses and cows and everything. Lovely place, really. Waited for a hell of a long time for the registration at the Eisteddfod - annoying, really, because all we did was sit in the bus and wait - then went back to Chester for dinner (although for most girls it was more of shopping, really) and checked in at Premier Inn hotel - which, by the way, was absolutely LUSH. Plush beds, huge rooms, awesome place to be in the middle of nowhere.
So the choir took up almost the entire place, lol xD It was pretty fun, though, I think we had the entire second level and it was chaos running all over the place and crashing rooms. Especially the infamous Room 21 (May says that sounds like a movie title) where the Altos keep hanging out, lol. Haha, the room that I shared with Jinli looked like a freaking refugee camp.
Blog about the Eisteddfod in a seperate post ;D
